About Us Mike Olson’s Food Emporium In 1967 Morrie and Ole Olson opened their first supermarket at Silverlake in Everett. During the next 25 years, Olson Food Stores evolved into a 15 store chain of upscale supermarkets. In 1992, Olson’s opened their newest store at the corner of Mukilteo Speedway and Hwy 99. In 1995, Olson Food Stores merged with QFC, a local publicly held chain of upscale stores, but retained their store on Mukilteo Speedway and renamed it Mike Olson’s Food Emporium. Today, Mike Olson’s Food Emporium is the only store operated by the Olson Family. We continue to offer our customers the highest quality of products and services as was previously received at our Olson Food Stores. |
